  • Take Full P&L accountability for Home3 LT.
  • Develop and implement annual revenue and operations cost budgets.
  • Produce detailed business operating plan and ensure its implementation.
  • Organize efficient work processes and collaboration among company business units.
  • Produce business performance reports and liaise with management at the main office.
  • Develop new business opportunities to create growth in sales.
  • Represent company externally with institutions and business partners.


  • Proven superior management and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and accordingly organize internal processes efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly growing challenging business with aggressive sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in pay TV, telecommunications sectors would be as an advantage.
